Le Tuy de Mesandans welcomes you to its store in Mésandans. Specializing in regional products, Le Tuy offers a wide selection of charcuterie, cured meats and ready-made meals. There's also a section dedicated to barbecues and butchery, with pork, beef, poultry and offal. You'll also find fish, cheese and various delicatessen products. It's worth noting that the company's products are made with respect for the terroir of the Franche-Comté region, using top-quality ingredients from short distribution channels. What's more, they are distinguished by their authentic flavors, which awaken the taste buds and celebrate the richness of the terroir. Similarly, to promote healthy eating on a daily basis, Le Tuy de Mesandans is dedicated to the production of natural products, as nitrite-free as possible. Head cheese
Head cheese is a delicatessen made from small pieces of pork meat, particularly from the head, and cubed vegetables, seasoned with a few spices and traditionally molded into jelly. Country-style pâté
Genuine country pâté made in the traditional way, from high-quality pork. In a sterilized jar, this terrine can be stored at room temperature for several months before opening. Made by Le Tuyé de Mésandans .Storage: Store at room temperature. Le Champagney camembert
A symbol of Franche-Comté par excellence, Comté is a raw-milk, pressed-cooked cheese with a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). The Montbéliarde cow is the only breed recognized for the production of Comté milk. Ripening time: 8 months, very fragrant and unctuous on the palate. Storage: Store between 0°C and +4°C
