Today, the estate has 7.5 hectares, which are farmed responsibly, i.e. without chemical fertilisers, weedkillers or pesticides. Chardonnay still reigns supreme in different cuvées: "Tradition", "Vieilles vignes". A little bit of red wine too with the reintroduction of Pinot noir.
