Fruitière is the name given to the cheese cooperatives in the region. In this one, Comté, Morbier, Raclette and Saint-Théodule cheeses are produced. You will also find in the shop many salted meats and other products of the region. Would you like to know more? Visits are organised every day from 9 to 10.30 am, allowing you to watch your favourite cheeses being made by hand. Something to please the curious and the little ones! An interactive exhibition is also available to visitors.
