Honey is one of the region's specialties. And at Rucher des Deux Lacs you can enjoy this little delicacy. As you leave the store, you'll learn all about bees, honey and the beekeeper. The farm has won numerous awards for the quality of its products. Don't miss the fir tree honey and the mountain honey. An instructive visit.

Since its creation in 1952, Maison Paillard Frères (and its Chalet Gourmand) has been a veritable institution in the region. Here you'll find the region's famous charcuterie. House specialties too, such as the award-winning black pudding. But that's not all. An extensive delicatessen section features a host of Franc-Comtois products, from Arbois and Jura wines to Rieme de Morteau syrup, honey from Haut-Doubs and spirits from Maison Guy in Pontarlier. A catering service is also available.

Fruitière is the name given to the cheese cooperatives in the region. In this one, Comté, Morbier, Raclette and Saint-Théodule cheeses are produced. You will also find in the shop many salted meats and other products of the region. Would you like to know more? Visits are organised every day from 9 to 10.30 am, allowing you to watch your favourite cheeses being made by hand. Something to please the curious and the little ones! An interactive exhibition is also available to visitors.
