Although resolutely turned towards the future, the distillery retains the ancestral know-how of the Haut-Doubs region, as well as the spirit that gave it its letters of nobility. While the famous Pontarlier is still present alongside the traditional spirits of the Massif Jurassien, the Absinthe range, or Fée Verte, continues to develop with new and innovative recipes, and even gin or gentian. Everything is in place to perpetuate this fine company.

Opening time and information on DISTILLERIE LES FILS D'EMILE PERNOT
Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm; Saturday, 10am to 12pm. Guided tours Monday to Friday at 10:30 am and 4:30 pm; and Saturday at 10:30 am (tour lasts 30 to 45 minutes). Reservations required for groups. Tours (€5/adult).

Situated in La Cluse-et-Mijoux, the historical site of the Fort de Joux, at the exit of the world capital of absinthe, Pontarlier. Since its creation in 1890, the Distillery Les Fils d'Emile PERNOT has been perpetuating the ancestral know-how of distillation in the Haut-Doubs.
French absinthe specialist, the distillery Les Fils d'Emile PERNOT proposes to welcome you in a unique setting to immerse you in the Haut-Doubs region. The free guided tour will allow you to discover absinthe and its history and will end with a free tasting of our products
