Founded in 1900, the Amancey Plateau dairy today groups together twenty-three farms spread over thirteen villages. The workshop, created in 2000, processes 7.5 million liters of milk a year, producing around 60 wheels of Comté cheese a day, as well as butter and cream. Adjacent to the workshop, the store offers a wide range of regional products, including Jura wines, beers, apple juice, local honey, cookies, chocolates, oils and cured meats.
