A new castle to discover.
A visit to this castle, perched on a rock, will delight lovers of old stones. Since 2006, the castle's owners have been working hard to revive this thousand-year-old castrum, whose main task was to guard the border of the Périgord Noir region. Gradually, the remains of the noble houses, chapel and keep are reappearing, cleared of earth and fill. Still undergoing restoration, the château still offers period events and animated guided tours. Tickets available online.

Il faut être véritablement habité pour s'attaquer à un tel chantier. Redonner vie à ce beau château, lui redonner son lustre d'antan. Quel travail de titan ! Ils sont courageux et fiers de nous faire partager leur passion. Beau voyage dans le temps grâce à la visite, guidés par une jeune femme pleine d'énergie. La visite vaut vraiment détour, bravo à eux ????
