You will make delicious dishes: fresh salad, air foam, Rossini Tournedos, lobster crisp, chocolate sweetness and other dishes to decline according to seasonal products. To close the workshop, you can enjoy your achievements on site and invite your friends. Finally, some workshops offer a formula to take. Beware, however, the culinary Academy reserves the right to cancel all courses with too low a participation rate, without prior notice on its website.
