A 16th century mansion in the heart of Courbet's city is not unusual, as the city has a significant architectural heritage. But a beautiful building that comes back to life, with a new destination, that becomes a place of shared life and moreover a gourmet meeting place, is less so. Nothing destined four dynamic women, with different professional backgrounds, to meet in this beautiful house. Under the impulse of Sandrine Perrut, the building has been carefully restored, and the arrangements have made it possible to accommodate a vast boutique space stocked with mainly organic products, but also a grocery store with fresh products, obviously from short circuits. But that's not all, you can have lunch on the spot, inside towards the open kitchen or on one of the two terraces (park side or city side). The proposed gastronomy is indeed attentive to the seasonality and to what the local producers offer best in quality. Here is an approach that in more than one way calls for the restoration of an endangered or often distorted architectural heritage, and the promotion of what Franche-Comté has to offer in terms of gourmet products and others through ancestral know-how.

This beautiful initiative deserves to be highlighted, and to become a beautiful Petit Futé Jura Massif Jurassien address.
