We see Oscar Pistorius, a pre-handisport athlete, running at the Olympic Games with the valid ones and yet, unfortunately, today, unfortunately, disability is a major brake on employment. That is why this association is breaking tennis and trying to get things moving by helping people with disabilities through a set of concrete actions. It intervenes with companies to raise awareness and demonstrate that disabled workers and profitability are compatible. On the other hand, it offers individualized accompaniment and collective workshops to people with disabilities to support their search for employment or training. It also provides access to a database of employers who are open to disability. A truly exciting race towards better social and vocational integration of people in situations of disability, so that disability is no longer a handicap but a slight difference in the ordinary world!
