Let us forsake for one evening cream cheese and Morteau sausage and let be transported in Punjab, region where the result recipes on the menu. Scenery begins at the establishment with table thanks to the decorated surroundings. The dishes are real fireworks for the tastebuds: saffron, cinnamon, ginger and cardamom, clove scent of them without excess. Fritters of vegetables, kebabs, tandoori not cheese accompanied by lassi, a drink made from yoghurt, the mix of all these exotic flavours making travel. We would like it, it is in India while staying at the foot of the citadel!
