To taste the Choucots, biscuits created in 1958 and composed of hazelnuts coated with marzipan, a speciality of Baume-les-Dame, just one stop: the Bertin pastry shop. This famous house also offers you crackers as well as many colourful and gourmet desserts such as coconut-hazelnut-passion-mango snow white or lemon-mango, all in roundness. Bertin is also a chocolate factory where you will find original subjects such as chocolate shoes or other cute animals to crunch. In summer, you can't resist home-made ice cream.
