Farmhouse with a natural and friendly welcome offering guest rooms and traditional family cuisine
It's the ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Ile-Rousse and into the heart of nature, at the foot of the Codole dam. In true farmhouse inn style, you can enjoy traditional family cooking with the copious single menu and specialities such as Corsican soup, goat's cheese and mint tart, stufattu with boletus mushrooms, pasta stuffed with prizuttu... Reservations are essential, and service is only available in the evening. The guest rooms are housed in a pagliaghju, a former shepherd's hut. A warm welcome from the Savelli family.
