The Jean-Paul Vincensini & fils farm is a must for lovers of farm produce. Denise Vincensini and her three sons offer a wide range of signature products, including organic jams and chestnut-based products. Visitors can tour the jam-making workshops, drying room and mill. It is advisable to make an appointment beforehand. The farm's products are also available for sale on site. To get there, take the RD 39 towards San-Lorenzo, then turn left towards the hamlet of Coïbiti. The farm is on the right, just before the hamlet.
