Xavier Baldovini invites you to visit his artisanal cheese factory which is located in the middle of the maquis on the east coast of the Isle of Beauty. Here are made authentic Corsican cheeses with all the tradition and flavours that this means. Xavier makes the small ewe and the ewe's tomette Fiore di Montaggna, Fleur de Montaggna, the Broccio Passu AOC, the Corsican tomettes, the Corsetin de brebis... A know-how handed down from father to son. An ideal place to discover all the local flavours in an idyllic setting.

Wir fahren schon seit vielen Jahren hier her und waren immer überrascht wie alles sich NICHT verändert hat. Immer sehr angenehm und der Käse einfach sehr sehr köstlich!!!!!!
