Alessandro Ciurlia-Capone is an Italian who grew up in Corsica. His good idea: make Italian cuisine with Corsican products. The dishes are refined and elaborate. Meat and fish are given pride of place, but it's the homemade pasta that catches our eye. For dessert, traditional chocolate fondants, tiramisus and crumbles are a must. In summer, we also particularly appreciate the chef's floral ice creams: elderflower and wild lavender. Good value for money!
