Discover wildlife from near and far in an 8-hectare park featuring 450 wild and domestic animals! The park is divided into five zones, each corresponding to a continent. You'll see kangaroos, wallabies, llamas, alpacas, parrots, exotic birds, camels, Japanese cranes, storks, foxes, Cameroon sheep, Corsican pigs, peacocks, fallow deer, lemurs, dromedaries, zebras, meerkats and turtles. Located in Olmeta-Di-Tuda, Corsica Zoo is one of Corsica's must-see attractions. This unique project on the island aims to promote ecology, education and the well-being of visitors. It immerses you in a rich animal world for a memorable experience. During your visit, you can admire over 250 animals belonging to more than 50 different species, some of which are endangered in their natural environment. The zoo is home to local domestic breeds as well as exotic species from all over the world. Among the animals on display are kangaroos, wallabies, llamas, alpacas, parrots, exotic birds, camels, lemurs, dromedaries, meerkats and many more. You can also see a blue peacock, a Somali sheep, a Göttingen pig, a grey crowned crane, a Corsican bee and ostriches. Die Wege sind nicht befestigt und mit einem Kinderwagen und Rolli teils schwierig zu begehen. Einen Teilbereich kann man gar nicht mit Rolli und Buggy begehen.
Ansonsten ist die Anlage sehr grün und die Tiere haben gute Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Pfaue machen mächtig Lärm und sind sehr beeindruckend. Das Personal war super lieb und hat einem am Eingang alles erklärt. Der Spielplatz wurde gerne genutzt.
