Sheltered from the hustle and bustle of Saint-Florent, this timeless place is just a 10-minute drive away. The farmer of this lush estate supplies the island's markets, grocery stores and restaurants. In summer, he invites his guests to eat under the olive trees, close to the chickens and sheep, before taking a siesta. His cuisine makes the most of vegetables, fruit and flowers from the nearby kitchen garden. Also on the menu are young winemakers from the Patrimonio appellation.
