In the square of the pretty village of Monticello, a few minutes above Ile Rousse, you will discover A Pasturella, created in 1963 by Xavier Martini, whose know-how is now carried on by his grandson and his talented team. A delicate and tasty Mediterranean cuisine proposed by the chef Savino Divincenzo generously served in a chic atmosphere with an elegant decoration: half-cooked tuna steak, suckling lamb and seasonal dishes made with fresh products. Sandra makes delicious desserts and Ousmane will take care of you. A great address!

After our walks in this beautiful region Balagne what a pleasure settling, quiet, on the bar's terrace... and let yourself go to soft peace, pleasure to be, daydream, watch bowlers, disconnect themselves from all and especially to enjoy the moment, the present! How is well here! A warm welcome... We were only " abonnés" at the bar terrace. The next time we will go back, you will have you taste with their cuisine.
