A long time renowned table in Balagne, managed since this year by the young Romain Rolland. The complete modernization of the establishment is a great success, both in the kitchen and in the dining room and terrace with the enlightened advice of the maître d'hôtel. The service is precise, the a la carte menu and the menus are tempting and change according to the season, and make us travel with happiness while respecting the flavours and simplicity. Very nice tasting menu which proposes a culinary journey in six dishes to discover all the know-how of this brigade. Beautiful terrace overlooking the bay of Calvi to complete this very great picture.

Personnel au top ( vive les jurassiens ????)
Par contre hôtel en bord de route dc assez bruyant et les gens qui n ont aucun respect dans les couloir
Prestations de qualité (piscine, chambre confortable, très bon restaurant...), un accueil au top avec un personnel aux petits soins, mention spéciale à Caroline et au propriétaire de l'hôtel M. Fondacci pour leur gentilesse.
Je recommande c'est un excellent rapport qualité / prix !
Personnels adorables.
"La table" le restaurant est une adresse à faire absolument.
Par contre énorme point noir l'emplacement au bord d'une route très fréquenté et extrêmement bruyante avec un passage incessant de véhicules.
Dommage.
