For several generations, the Fieschi family has been specialising in artisanal charcuterie in this beautiful village of Loreto-di-Casinca. Savior, the eldest son, real character, is passionate about this site and tells you his story in the shop where are suspended lonzu, ham or other sweet sausages. You can also order and finish on the central square in the shade of plane where time has stopped.
