A welcoming inn offering a very hearty cuisine in Loreto-di-Casinca.
It's an address you'd like to keep to yourself, so expensive are the places! Catherine, Vincent and their son Pierre have transformed their family home into a welcoming inn, on the site of a former chestnut dryer, whose soot can still be seen embedded in the ceilings! The dining room, with its huge fireplace, offers a typically Corsican setting for a hearty meal. Everything is made with quality local produce (PDO ham and charcuterie). A large dining room is also available for banquets and weddings.

La cuisine est de qualité coûteuse. Les plats sont très bien cuisinés et copieux. Les produits son issus de producteurs locaux.
La déco de cet ancien séchoir à chateignes est dépaysante.
Nous avons passé un excellent moment.
