Kill Brie is the beautiful story of Virginie Bruno, who gave up her job as a literature teacher to refine cheeses, including 7 original cheese creations for which she is renowned: Kill brie, a totally addictive truffle brie, and Jackie Brocciu, a brie with brocciu, nepita and hazelnuts. This boutique is brimming with rare treasures. The icing on the cake is Virginie's incredible cheese platters, featuring flowers, fruit and cheese, with a magical sense of aesthetics! A must-see!

Créations fromagères discutables
Quel intérêt de faire venir du brie en Corse, région qui ne manque pas de fromages ??? Puis de le fourrer aux truffes ou au brocciu ???
Gustativement, le mélange est malheureusement râté et ne permet pas d’apprécier chacun des constituants qui sont pourtant de qualité.
