A beautiful building from the last century in the heart of the city of Paoline, run with passion by Monsieur Bouisset, a native of the area. A chic, tree-lined terrace for dinner or breakfast and a swimming pool with fountain where you can enjoy an aperitif. The air-conditioned rooms have lovely views of the town and sea, or of the mountains. The restaurant serves mainly Mediterranean cuisine in the evening. Great value for money and a friendly team. Who knows, you might even become a regular!
