Farm-hostel located at the exit of the village of Lavatoggio, close to Cateri, offering a succulent Corsican soup.
Located on the outskirts of the village of Lavatoggio, a stone's throw from Cateri, this farmhouse is simply fabulous! All you have to do is choose the dish, Edgard will do the rest! Succulent Corsican soup, broccoli quiche, veal with fig and prune sauce but also grilled meats, veal on the spit, cheese with its fig jam and chestnut cake to finish... All this with a good AOC Calvi in red preferably. A flawless service at all levels: welcome, service and cuisine in the purest tradition.

Le meilleur resto à 100km aux alentours !
Le lieu est sublime, malgré le monde le service est très fluide est l’ambiance est très cool, chaleureuse.
La cuisine est également très très bonne, les quantités sont phénoménales et on nous ressert même de la viande si on veut.
Tout était parfait du début à la fin et la digestion a été longue.
