The veal - or lamb - skewer with its famous homemade potato gratin is a unanimous favorite. Catherine's Corsican Burger too. Or what about? Zucchini fritters and cheese fritters, not to mention homemade desserts and artisanal ice creams. You should know that this house, which is active in summer, is back in service during the ski season, when skiing is practiced.
