The Bronzini de Caraffa family founded this historic restaurant on the pond (i.e. on the water) over 30 years ago. You come here to enjoy the serenity of shellfish and fish from Corsican fisheries: mussels, oysters, whole fish, seafood platters, shrimp pasta... You'll enjoy your meal in an exceptionally preserved environment, and you'll even be able to discreetly pass on breadcrumbs that have fallen from the table to the fish swimming beneath your feet!
