This double labelled little shop is located up towards the citadel. The tenants Antonia and Marc Cesari are meat and farm cheese producers. They provide a variety of good local products: old-style bowls, organic jams, liqueurs, selection of fine wines of Corsica at cost; but the specialty of the house is unquestionably cooked meat and cheese from the family homestead. The quality product but yet a limited production is however the downside. It is therefore necessary to book a year in advance. We can also seat to enjoy a buiglidicce (the donut cheese Bozziu), a hearty dish of sausage, cannelloni brocciu the lamb muscat or Corsican veal candied chestnuts and honey.
