Belvedere offering a magnificent view of the region and a fine panorama of the citadel and the old houses of Corte.
The belvedere is the oldest part of the 15th-century fortress. It stands on a promontory 100 meters above the Tavignano River. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent view over the region, and a beautiful panorama of the citadel and the old Corten houses. In the dungeons, which can be visited today, Corsican resistance fighters were imprisoned during the war against Genoa. You'll find plenty of restaurants on the way up to the citadel. In summer, avoid venturing there during the hottest hours!

juste à coté de la citadelle, le belvédère est moins haut mais on a une très belle vue des montagnes, de la citadelle et de la rivière en contrebas.

Un très jolie point de vue sur la ville de Corte et la montagne. On y accède plutôt facilement après quelques montées et escaliers. C'est un point incontournable si vous êtes à Corte !

Accès facile et rapide à Corte, vue imprenable sur la Citadelle, Corte, la vallée du Tavignano. Point photo immanquable lors d'une visite de la ville. Petits restaurants forcément sympathiques dans la montée bien que touristiques.
