L'Authentic is an elegant restaurant run by two brothers on the Cours Paoli. Adrien is in the kitchen and François in the dining room. The dishes are creative, generous in taste and prepared with seasonal produce: duck foie gras terrine, croustillant de saint-pierre, red mullet with saffron sauce and mashed potatoes with olives, filet of sea bream, duck breast with chanterelle sauce, tagliatelle with Roquefort and homemade desserts. Le point négatif si vous été en terrasse le bruit de circulation sur cette axe principale ou circule énormément de motos à cette périodes en plus des voitures est très désagréable au point de ne pas pouvoir discuter. Manger à l'intérieur serrai plus tranquil. Sinon parfait.
