L'Authentic is an elegant restaurant run by two brothers on the Cours Paoli. Adrien is in the kitchen and François in the dining room. The dishes are creative, generous in taste and prepared with seasonal produce: duck foie gras terrine, croustillant de saint-pierre, red mullet with saffron sauce and mashed potatoes with olives, filet of sea bream, duck breast with chanterelle sauce, tagliatelle with Roquefort and homemade desserts. A professional and attentive team for a gourmet moment in the heart of Corte.

Der junge Herr war extrem aufmerksam und absolut dienstleistungsorientiert!

3. Tisch, brachte er ev Kaffeesatz gegen die Wespen, die er später noch erledigte, damit die Gäste ungestört essen durften

Alle Tische,
immer freundlich mit einem grossen Lächeln, passte die Sprache seinen Gästen an, bediente sehr schnell und war aufmerksam. Stehts unter den Gästen, damit er bei Wünschen, sofort zur Stelle war. Wirklich ausgezeichnet!!

Ps: il faut tout de même réussir à se garer dans les petites rues à proximité, où les places se font rares en pleine saison????
