This church is one of the most important Baroque buildings in the Balagne region.

Renovated in 2007 and classified as a historical monument, the parish church of Saint-Blaise is one of the main baroque buildings of the Balagne region. Built at the end of the 17th century on a 12th century Romanesque sanctuary, it is one of the only two three-aisled buildings in Corsica with the church of La Porta, in Castagniccia. Like the latter, its campanile is an isolated tower. The two bell towers are of the same height and the only ones built in this style.
