In one of the town's oldest regional produce stores, immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of Corsica by discovering local products. Selected charcuterie from Castagniccia, farmhouse cheeses, candied citron, liqueurs with the aroma of the maquis and, of course, PDO Oliu di Corsica olive oil. In particular, you'll find the green gold of Domaine Oltremonti, which produces one of the hundred best olive oils in the world. A tasting of coppa, lonzu, prizzutu and sausage is also recommended, to ensure you make the right choice.
