- Todos los folletos son en francés, una oficina de turismo debería al menos ofrecer información en otros idiomas, al menos con un QR o un PDF.
- En Google Maps no se pueden ver las líneas de transporte público y el mapa con una línea dibujada y solo el nombre de las paradas no aclara demasiado. Quizás sería mejor preparar un pequeño mapa de la ciudad de Bastia con el recorrido de todas las líneas, para tener un mejor panorama de movilidad.
- Entiendo que estamos en Francia, pero sería mejor tener una mejor capacitación de lenguas extranjeras más allá de solo Francés.
De nuevo, fueron todos muy amables y súper serviciales, estos son solo consejos para brindar un mejor servicio, siendo que son la principal oficina de turismo en frente de un puerto internacional.
