A restaurant renowned for its quality cuisine and, above all, its mussels in Emperor sauce, on the first floor of the hotel of the same name.
An excellent restaurant well known to the locals. Its downtown location on the main road is not one of the restaurant's main attractions, but the quality of its cuisine more than makes up for it. The menu alternates between local Corsican specialties and products from the sea or the nearby Etang de Diana. Excellent grilled Corsican veal sausage. But the house's flagship dish remains mussels in Emperor sauce with lobster bisque. The menu changes regularly, as there are many regulars. Good value all year round.

Le petit déj dans l'espace dédié au bord de la piscine est plutôt sympa le matin.
Il y a la possibilité de mettre des 2 roues (vélo/moto) à l'intérieur pour les sécuriser en cas de besoin, il y a un espace dédié.
