This museum offers an overview of the history of the occupation of the Alta Rocca by Italian and German troops during the Second World War. The objects and documents presented evoke the aims of Mussolini on Corsica, the bombings and the insurrection of the partisans who contributed in September and October 1943 to the liberation of the island: models, tanks, mannequins in uniforms, weapons, medals, photographs... unique memorial of the resistance on Corsica.

Quelle honte ! Le site vous indique qu'il est ouvert ... alors qu'une fois arrivé devant la porte... nous découvrons sa fermeture tout le mois d'août !!! Pas très professionnel tout cela.

Musée très intéressant qui vaut le détour, même si il n'est pas très grand, il y beaucoup de choses intéressantes. Il retrace l'histoire de la Corse sous l'occupation ( Italienne / Allemande ) pendant la seconde guerre mondiale et l'organisation de la résistance.

Nous sommes venus exprès a zonza pour ce musée et il était fermé sans autre explication (ni sur le site web ni sur la porte).
