Mais surtout, les trois étoiles sont dues au fait que la gérante a été exceptionnellement agressive et hostile envers nous. Elle aurait pu facilement communiquer la même chose de manière respectueuse et agréable. J'ai apprécié qu'elle laisse mon chien attaché à l'ombre pendant la journée pour que nous n'ayons pas à le laisser dans la voiture pendant une activité de canyoning. Mais il est important d'être aimable avec vos clients payants, en particulier ceux d'entre nous qui ont réservé plusieurs chambres.
