L'Auberge du Col, a generous restaurant perched high in the mountains, embodies the spirit of authentic Corsican cuisine.
This inn was created in 1936 by the Grimaldi family who always welcomes you with a smile and delights you with its traditional Corsican cuisine. On the program, the home-made cold cuts, the salad of the inn, the roasted cabri, the Soissons with panzetta, and the chestnut pie, delicious! Song and guitar evenings in summer. Non-stop service in season, great availability of the whole team. Gîte d'étape on site in rooms of 2, 4 to 8 comfortable beds.

Friendly restaurant, friendly service... however originality and rates menu leave something to be desired... I expected more " tradition" corsican. Arrive early or reserve because the crowds at noon is impressive! A good memory all the same, in a majestic environment that is worth the detour!!
It is the landscape of the aiguilles de Bavella, this inn in the heart of the bergeries corsican offer in a friendly setting an idyllic place to spend a day out of the ordinary. Very friendly welcome, Corsican menu, price value for money very well. Superb Corsican evening
