Noellie Andreucci grew up around pigs, and it was with unwavering determination that she decided to open her own farm after completing her studies in Ajaccio. Noellie practises extensive farming, feeding her Nustrale breed pigs exclusively with acorns and chestnuts, which are born, raised and processed on site. The result is a charcuterie produced in limited quantities, with an incomparable taste.
