Tout a commencé par la curiosité de voir travailler le coutelier, puis sont venues les informations sur les manches, les lames, l'acier, pour finir par le choix d'un couteau. L'artisan est très sympathique, généreux en explications sur ses produits, il vous en racontera la fabrication, son savoir-faire. Ici tout est étiqueté, en toute honnêteté, de l'importation à l'authentique couteau de berger corse.

Mon couteau corse damas était malade , fatigué, cassé. Le maître coutelier l'a soigné, ravivé, réparé. Il est maintenant mieux que neuf !!
