Pascal Codaccioni, a pure Sartenais native, has been using this address in the old town for three years to highlight local recipes. It is easy to discover in this typical pedestrian street with its two small vaulted rooms, its outdoor tables and its formulas and menus that smell of the land. En un mot : parfait
Le repas était délicieux de bout en bout (assiette de charcuterie, sauté de veau aux olives fondant à souhait, cannellonis au brocciu, fondant à la châtaigne, fiadone)
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.
