An unmistakable silhouette on Propriano's harbor, the man in the hat, Pierre Géronimi, symbolizes good food, know-how and the tireless entrepreneurial spirit that characterizes him. Meat and charcuterie are local, from animals born and raised in Corsica; sheep, goats, pigs and cattle come from selected small local farms. Acheter dans cette boucherie à Propriano est toujours un vrai plaisir ! L’ établissement est remarquablement propre et offre une sélection de viandes toujours fraîches et de grande qualité. L’ accueil y est chaleureux, le personnel souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Les plats préparés, cuisinés à l'ancienne, sont simplement exceptionnels et ravissent à chaque fois mes papilles. Un incontournable pour tous les amateurs de bonne viande et de cuisine savoureuse ! Hautement recommandé.
