Strolling along Propriano harbor, you can't miss the lively colors of the Incantu garden. The guinguette spirit infuses this patio, littered with food-trucks and decked out in charming finery, but what emanates from the visit is the undeniable inventiveness of the dishes and the masterful blending of flavors. Local boards to share, a range of pizzas, fresh pastas, original dishes and delicate desserts, all changing with the seasons. A fine Mediterranean signature from Édouard and Livia, who trained at the Bocuse and Vatel Institutes. Bravo!
