Clary, Madame-Mère, is in charge of the stoves and Jean-Yves is on hand to serve the house specialities: peasant soup, traditional Cuttoli charcuterie, ventru (stuffed pork belly), daube of wild boar from the maquis, tripettes, a plate of local cheeses and the famous chestnut flour cake. Every Friday evening in season, let yourself be lulled to sleep by the songs and guitars.

Une superbe expérience, le patron se fait un plaisir de vous expliquer les origines de ses produits et vous fait rêver avant que les plats faits par sa maman ne vous régalent.
Passer dans le coin sans s'y arrêter devrait être selon moi passible d'emprisonnement et dieu sait que je n'aime pas partager les bons endroits !!!
