A site with diverticula, a central chamber and a staircase, with prehistoric huts dotting the monument.

At the top of a spur of 361 m of altitude and watching over the road to Sartene via the Bocca di Biscelli, stands the Castello of Alo-Bisujè. It has yielded fragments of menhirs, millstones and pottery of the II millennium B.C. It is an imposing circular monument with an entrance, diverticula, a central chamber and a staircase that led to the platform of the second level. Around it, prehistoric huts line the site. Think of bringing walking shoes. The visit lasts a little more than half an hour. Not to be missed!

Accueil très chaleureux, personnes adorables et surtout des pizzas excellentes, sauce tomate maison aux petits oignons comme je n'avais pas mangé depuis très longtemps. Cerise sur le gâteau : Cadre magnifique. Nous avons passé une soirée en famille vraiment parfaite ! Merci !

Leider können wir nur 1 Stern vergeben, da immer geschlossen war, als wir dort waren. Haben es 3x zu den angegebenen Öffnungszeiten probiert, jedoch jedesmal vergeblich. ????‍♀️

Prachtige plek om even te stoppen met een roadtrip over het eiland.
De overblijfselen van de bronstijd spreken erg tot de verbeelding. Er zijn info borden in verschillende talen geplaatst en er is een kaart voor de korte tour te voet (ga niet op slippers). Vriendelijke staff bij het terras waar je betaalbare drankjes en ijsjes hebt. In de avond ook houtoven pizzas.

Le circuit est bien mais relativement naturel et escarpé. Cela donne accès à des pierres et de fondations datant de l age de bronze. Pas de musée ou de mise en valeur sur d éventuels vestiges... Un peu leger en explications. Reste la ballade d une petite heure autour du site qui se fait à pieds et avec de bonnes chaussures. Tongs et claquettes ne passeront pas. Par contre les pizzas au feu de bois proposées à la sortie avaient l air pas mal du tout.

Mooie plek om langs te gaan als je het strand even beu bent. De ruïnes met bijbehorende informatie in verschillende talen geven je een goed idee hoe het leven hier in de bronstijd was. Na de wandeling kun je genieten van een ijsje of drankje op het terras met uitzicht en later op de dag zelfs van een pizza uit de houtoven.
