The most imposing tower on the island and the only fortified tower in Belvedere-Campomoro.

Restored in 1986 and owned by the Conservatoire du Littoral, the imposing 16th-century tower is open to the public. Parking is difficult, if not forbidden, in the vicinity, so leave your car at the entrance to the village. You'll then have to walk a little over a kilometer to reach the tower, following the road or the beach. Then take the path leading to the "Cala Nova" housing estate, up to the pass.

Nous sommes montes pour le coucher de soleil. Nous avons fait le tour de la tour ( elle était fermée car à cette saison elle ferme à 18h) et puis nous avons repris le sentier du littoral. C'est très beau !

Visite très intéressante, bien mis en valeur par le conservatoire. Un guide/ gardien riche en récit et anecdote. Un plaisir de découvrir le lieu, son histoire et son environnement. Accessible par une petite marche ombragé.

Accès à la tour après une petite marche depuis le village. La personne à l'accueil était très intéressante et explique énormément de choses sur l'histoire de la tour (et de l'ensemble des tours génoises de l'île) ainsi que sur les environs.
Continuer sur le sentier littoral à proximité qui est juste magnifique!
Au retour baignade sur la jolie plage de Campomoro!
