The Biscuiterie d'Afa has a solid experience in making Corsican cakes with the taste of yesterday and the flavors of today. The canistrelli are the specialties of the house, and they are declined dry or soft, plain or flavored. Flagship product : the canistrelli with almonds, a pure delight! Une très belle boutique avec pleins de produits corses en plus des canistrellis.
Cependant, nous avons été très déçus pas le niveau des prix : pas vraiment d’intérêt d’acheter ces canistrellis à la boutique d’usine. Et les autres produits beaucoup plus chers qu’ailleurs. Dommage !
