The Biscuiterie d'Afa has a solid experience in making Corsican cakes with the taste of yesterday and the flavors of today. The canistrelli are the specialties of the house, and they are declined dry or soft, plain or flavored. Flagship product : the canistrelli with almonds, a pure delight! Other products: plain canistrelli, with lemon, white wine, aniseed, figs and walnuts, as well as Corsican clementines; without forgetting the biscuttini, also flavored, the cakes with chestnut flour, or the chestnut and chocolate cakes!

Emballage impeccable, produits très bien protégés et préparation/Livraison rapide.
4 étoiles pour les canistrellis de luxe, je vous les conseille. Ils sont parmi les meilleurs de corse mais il manque malgré tout des amandes à mon goût. Par contre les pralines noisette étaient à peine mangeables. Les noisettes étaient de mauvaise qualité. Il manque une indication sur la provenance. J'ai ma petite idée après avoir gouté et si j'avais su avant je me serait abstenu. Péniblement 3 étoiles au final, mais péniblement alors, je dirais plutôt 2,5.
