Meilleur café que nous avons pu gouter Corse. Le propriétaire est un vrai passionné du café qui porte beaucoup d’attention aux détails. Nous avons goûté un espresso et un cappuccino, tous les deux excellents. Les prix sont très corrects. Merci pour cette expérience ????

Expérience exceptionnelle dans la "boutique" du marché ! Audrey nous a accueilli comme des rois et nous avons pu déguster 2 expressos délicieux (dont un aux arômes de chocolat et de tabac). De belles découvertes présentées avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme et de chaleur !!!

Quite and cosy. Very good coffee! We had two oat milk cappuccino each with a different variety of coffee beans. The oat milk was good but the best. I will come back for sure and I would recommend them that since they have excellent coffee, they could align the quality of the oat milk too (that would awesome).

Un café d'exception

J'ai eu le plaisir de déguster un café d'une qualité exceptionnelle, sélectionné avec soin par des torréfacteurs passionnés et talentueux. Le choix est vaste et varié, avec des cafés du monde entier aux saveurs uniques.

Un service attentionné

L'équipe de Carpe Diem est d'une grande gentillesse et de très bon conseil. Ils prennent le temps de discuter avec chaque client pour cerner ses goûts et lui proposer le café ou le thé qui lui correspond le mieux.
En résumé, je recommande vivement la boutique Carpe Diem à tous les amateurs de café et de thé. C'est une adresse incontournable à Ajaccio pour une pause gourmande et conviviale.

The staff was very friendly and the cappuccinos were excellent. The master roaster was working while we were there and he looked captivated by the process and really seemed like he knew what he was doing.

Having read the other reviews, I was drawn to find this coffee shop, and it lived up to the high expectations. Very friendly service and the best coffee in Ajaccio by far.
This isn't your typical coffee shop it's more of a supplier of great coffees, machines, etc. But the addition of providing coffee to drink with a few comfortable chairs and stools makes for a connoisseur type of experience.
They have a stall in the market near the harbour as well, but this is the one for me!

Commerce de café proposant de nombreuses variétés de cafés.
Du plus léger au plus fort, du plus amer au plus rond, tant de critères.....
Vous y serez conseillés de la meilleure des manières, jusqu'au choix de la mouture....
Tout comme la seconde boutique au hall, il est possible d'y déguster un café.
Faites vous plaisir et allez-y...

The best coffee store in Ajaccio is Carpe Diem. They also have specialty teas of every kind. Magdalena provides excellent customer service.

Best coffee on the island. Cozy atmosphere with great people working here and a huge assortment of different supplies for coffee making and tea! I also tried their iced tea with coconut, and it tastes amazingly fresh! Highly recommend visiting this place if you are a real coffee lover and appreciate high-quality coffee beans!

This was by far my favorite coffee shop on the island! They have an incredible assortment of roasts from different regions and some fun innovative drinks too. The espresso is gold and Magdalena, the barista was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. So good it was the last stop before flying out! Check this spot out and make sure to get some beans to go.

Once in a while, you come across a place that makes you want to drop everything and move across the world just so you can become their regular. Carpe Diem was just that for me. Their coffee and tea selection is impeccable and is roasted on site. Best I’ve had in Europe. You can purchase all possible equipment for the perfect pour over and so much more. I’ll be back to Ajaccio just so I can have one more cup.
