At the entrance to the Cours, this attractive boutique combines the art of coffee and tea. In a modern, bright and colorful space, you can taste on the spot or take away a range of coffees selected, blended and roasted by experts Stéphane and Jérôme Michel, elected Best Roasters in France several years ago and descended from a family of connoisseurs. Stéphane and Jérôme Michel carry on the tradition of the Brûlerie des Cafés René in the Saint-Jean district, and you'll find some truly Ajaccio souvenirs here!

Meilleur café que nous avons pu gouter Corse. Le propriétaire est un vrai passionné du café qui porte beaucoup d’attention aux détails. Nous avons goûté un espresso et un cappuccino, tous les deux excellents. Les prix sont très corrects. Merci pour cette expérience ????

Expérience exceptionnelle dans la "boutique" du marché ! Audrey nous a accueilli comme des rois et nous avons pu déguster 2 expressos délicieux (dont un aux arômes de chocolat et de tabac). De belles découvertes présentées avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme et de chaleur !!!

Quite and cosy. Very good coffee! We had two oat milk cappuccino each with a different variety of coffee beans. The oat milk was good but the best. I will come back for sure and I would recommend them that since they have excellent coffee, they could align the quality of the oat milk too (that would awesome).
